dangerous animals, cats, hamsters, etc., are allowed. Additionally, dogs with any history of biting
are not permitted.
2. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs both inside and outside the house.
Proper disposal of animal waste is required.
3. Dogs must be kept on a leash while on the property outside of the house.
4. Owners will be held liable for any damage caused by their dog(s) in full. This includes damage
such as chewing furniture or other items. (The dog fee is for additional cleaning, not as a deposit
to go towards any damage caused by the dog)
