The small cabin and the large A-frame house have Amazing views, you are located within the city limits of Helen. elevation about 1500 feet. Yes we have goats, You can walk to bars! There are smart TVs and internet, Three Beds are King new LUXURY motion Vibration Beds. 5 Total bedrooms. There are hiking trails, waterfalls all extremely close to the house, good hiking right out the door! 3 full kitchens if you are cooking. Plus 2 kitchens have dishwashers.

Pets ok but there is a dog/animal fee and you must declare your pet before you come.

Limited Covered parking, plus lots of parking space if your bringing lots of cars. New paved driveway. Several super large decks and comfortable beds await you. Also THE BEST 7 person hot tub you'll ever get in. Four fire pit areas, 65 & 70'' TVS and gas fire tables and 3 gas grills, we provide firewood.

3 Kurig coffee makers, ground and k cups also provided. We also provide lots of paper towels and toilet paper. There is a lot of dishes and pots and pans. We also leave condiments stuff left by previous guest!

Check in instructions are sent day of check in at 11.

if you are planning a big event there are a couple additional cabins on a neighboring property available. We do not own them but often if your party is too big the overflow people rent these. Also to bring to your attention our furniture cannot handle people over 300 pounds. This is the place to have fun, The goats give the kids something to do outside.

There may be an additional (up to) between 50 and 150 dollar charge if we have to clean up after wedding or parties. It’s just more work for the cleaning team.

Shannon Luthi Is available for wedding services as she is an ordained minister. her fees you negotiate with her. she is on the team.
