Walkable Southside Home | Furnished for Long Stays - Chattanooga

The first floor boasts a mid-century modern themed living room with comfortable seating, 10 ft ceilings, board games, xbox, TV, and more. You have a half bath as well as a full kitchen and table for eating. We provide you with cookware and appliances so you can prepare your own meals if you would like. We also provide our guests with some coffee, snacks, and beverages for those late night cravings!

As you move to the second floor, you come to the first bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, private sitting area with beautiful views of the Chattanooga valley mountains, your own private bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser, and TV! You also have your own outdoor balcony overlooking the courtyard.

As you move up to the third floor, you will find our Master Suite with a king-size bed, two nightstands for storing your clothes or other items, a 50" TV, and a walk-in closet with a washer/dryer that you can use (free of charge). We have also provided you with two luxurious robes for your stay! When you wake up, start your day with a cup of coffee on your private outdoor balcony overlooking the Southside and panoramic views of Lookout and Signal Mountains! As you get ready for your day, use the in-room vanity, which can also double as a desk if you need.

There are no areas off limits and you may utilize anything in the home.

Southside (Chattanooga)

The Southside neighborhood is flourishing with restaurants, small businesses, galleries, entertainment and nightlight. Spanning the area between 12th and 20th streets, this district is anchored by the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo. You can find a bit of everything here whether it’s beer in a train car at American Draft, coffee by day and wine by night at Frothy Monkey, cocktails at STIR, and live music on the patio at Backstage Bar.

At night, pedestrian-friendly Station Street comes alive with revelers, delicious food and drinks, and live music. For more nightlife, you’ve got local standby, the Flying Squirrel, is a perennial favorite, but you’ve also got options like Hi-Fi Clyde's and Southside Social. You’ll want to check out the local brews at Five Wits, the Terminal Brewhouse, or Heaven & Ale and don’t miss Chattanooga Whiskey’s Experimental Distillery for an informative tour and whiskey sampling.

Some of the best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are all within a 10 minute walk! However, if you are wanting to get around, there are plenty of Lyft and Uber drivers available to take you to your destination!

Chattanooga has a plethora of street parking, garages and lots available. Most of the parking lots utilize an app called ParkMobile where you can pay for parking and extend your time through the app! This will save you time waiting for others at the kiosk!

Your safety is a priority for Redeemed Rentals. While emergencies are rare, we do provide our guests with several first aid and emergency items just in case.

You will find a first-aid kit for basic cuts, burns, and general care; however, we have also provided you with a CPR mask kit, a de-choker tool with three mask sizes, and a fire extinguisher, all on the first floor.

In the very unlikely event of a fire, we have also placed emergency escape ladders in the second and third-floor closets. These will attach to the balcony railing so you can escape to safety.
