Getting around

Getting around Greenville is easy! If you drive downtown, street parking is free for 2 hours in most locations, there is pay-by-the-hour lots and parking garages, including Richardson Street Garage, West Washington Street Deck, and South Spring Street Garage.

Uber and Lyft are available for an inexpensive rides downtown!

The downtown Main St. area of Greenville is very walkable! Make sure to check out the suspension bridge at Falls Park on the Reedy River.

Biking:

Greenville is very bike friendly. The Swamp Rabbit bike trail is a 22 mile paved bike path that runs through downtown & Furman University to Travelers Rest, SC.

Greenville B- Cycle Electric Bike Share. Closest B-Cycle Station is 2 miles away from the studio by Fluor Field. Checkout their website for more details.

Deposit required for stays 1 month or longer.

Please contact host for any concerns.

Pets are not allowed on any piece of furniture. That includes beds or couches.

If you leave the house without your pets. Please keep them in the kitchen to avoid any damage. Gates will be installed and provided before check in.

No bookings for guest younger than 25 years of age.

Checkout is at 11:00AM, and is strictly enforced. If the delay is longer than an hour, or 11am, you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award possession of space for an additional day. The rate charged will be the base rate of the home, before discounts.

Maximum occupancy in this space at any time is 4 guests including visitors.

No parties or events.

No smoking inside the home. There is a $250 fee for smoking in the home. You may smoke outdoors.

Local travelers may not book without first contacting the host.

If the home is left extremely soiled, beyond the condition that a courteous guest would leave it, there will be an additional $100 fee applied. Any material left behind that would be considered a biohazard will automatically trigger this fee. This includes, but is not limited to, needles, syringes, blood or body fluid soaked bandages, etc. Please refer to CDC guidelines.

You agree to follow the terms of service set forth by AirBnB.

If for any reason the property does not meet your expectations, or requires repair during your stay; you authorize the host to enter the premises, or the agents required to remedy the issue.

By booking you agree to follow all state, local, and federal laws while in the home, or on the property.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposits required for reservation 28 days or longer. Deposit is refunded within 30 days after checkout, pending guest followed house rules and checkout inpsection.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund for Cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in. Due to processing fees amount will be 96% of the reservation.

• Check out on designated date before 11:00 AM.
• Do not make used beds. Leave used sheets on top of each used bed.
• Place dirty towels in bathtub.
• Leave thermostat at 80 Summer / 50 Winter Degrees and fan always on Auto.
• Take out all trash to outside garbage can.
• Check to make sure you are not leaving anything behind.
• Lock the door and return keys to the lockbox.
