**House Rules:** - **Check-in and Check-out:** - Self check-in with keyless door is available anytime after 4 pm. - Check-in from 16:00, and check-out until 10:00. **Ask us about early check-in or late check-out accommodations.** - **Guest Policies:** - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. - Parties or events are strictly prohibited. - Quiet time observed after 11 pm. - **Property Regulations:** - No smoking inside the house and pool area. - No pets allowed. - Shoes must be removed at the entry; no shoes inside. - Pool usage requires a quick shower beforehand, and no diving or jumping as the pool is not deep. - No glasses allowed in the pool. - **Security Measures:** - Doorbell security system and perimeter cameras in place. - Immediate reservation cancellation with no refund for unauthorized guests or events. - **Pool Safety:** - Children under 18 must be supervised by adults. - Dry off before entering the house to prevent slipperiness. - **Responsibilities:** - Any property damage is the responsibility of the registered guest. - Costs associated with theft, repairs, replacements, extra guests, late check-out, lost items, or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest's credit card. - **Cancellation Policy:** - Full refund available if canceled within 48 hours of booking, provided the booking is more than 14 days ahead.
