type of building: Detached house. size of property: 1000m². year of construction: 1900.This house is situated in a scenic and peaceful location, directly above a rocky gorge of the Ploucnice River, which is a natural monument and popular with tourists from all over the world.
The holiday home has recently been completely renovated and rebuilt and all rooms are equipped with stylish furniture. It offers a pleasant atmosphere and an unforgettable experience. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each of them has a comfortable double bed (bed linen included); the wardrobes and drawers offer plenty of storage space. There is also a cot available. In addition, a hall and a large bathroom with underfloor heating, bath and WC. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with underfloor heating with shower and WC, storage room with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, cooker, crockery). The dining room, which is dominated by a fireplace, is part of the kitchen and from here you have direct access to the terrace with a large swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from June to September. A hot tub and a whirlpool are available on request. We have newly prepared mobile WLAN for our guests to use while travelling.
The furnished terrace offers a nice place to sit, barbecue or have a party with friends.
The whole building is equipped with central heating but for the cooler evening hours it is also possible to use the cooker. There is internet and it is possible to park the car on a closed plot.
The location of this house at the foot of the Ralsko hills offers many leisure opportunities. The picturesque landscape invites you to go hiking and for athletes there is a wide range of activities such as cycling, tennis courts, playgrounds, swimming, volleyball, a real climbing park with climbing wall, golf etc. It is possible to rent a bike (or skate). The town of Noviny pod Ralskem lies between four locations; Lusatian Mountains, Jizera Mountains, Ralso and the Bohemian Central MountainsFor romantic souls, there are many historical buildings and natural attractions
