Up the stairs, on the second floor, a master suite (King) with adjoining bath and oceanfront deck; and a cheerful bedroom (Queen) with oceanfront deck. A bunk room equipped with a twin over double bunk bed with a twin trundle, with a shared hall bath. The third floor offers the luxurious owner's retreat (King) with an entire floor dedicated to you and yours. Enjoy a custom granite wet bar with a single cup Keurig, mini fridge,a desktop with ocean view and a full bath with walk-in shower. Sip your cup of coffee on the private furnished deck. Free high speed WiFi INTERNET ACCESS is available in this home. Every bedroom has its own FLAT SCREEN ROKU TV & DVD player. To help make your vacation easier if you have YOUNG KIDS, we have a high chair, pack and play, baby monitor, children's books and LOTS of beach/pool toys! The kids will love the X-BOX!

This 3-story deluxe duplex is in great condition and thoughtfully stocked - we aim to meet your needs so you can have a relaxing vacation!

Everything is a short stroll from here - a one-minute walk takes you to the near-by fishing pier, or the restaurant at Villa Capriani. A 10-minute walk takes you to the recreation park which has a playground, lighted tennis courts and basketball courts. Putt-Putt Golf is just a few miles down the road and the area's premier 4-star rated golf course is 5 minutes away by car and is one of Golf Digest's 'Best Places to Play' 2008-2009. 7 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR ALL STAYS. ALL RENTAL PERIODS ARE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

- A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.

- This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.

- Pets are not permitted on the property.

- Events are not permitted on the property.

- Parking is provided for up to four (4) vehicles. No additional parking in the Villas development is provided.

We provide a small starter amenity pack of toilet paper, roll of paper towel, and some soap. We do not provide these amenities for your entire stay. Please plan to bring these items.

Our Cancellation Policy is in accordance with NCVRA 42A-36, and Article 36A of Chapter 14 or Article 1 of Chapter 166A of the General Statutes of North Carolina and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less 3%
