Top Floor 2-apartments at Historic Center by River

Rest easy in our luminous, cozy and functional two adjacent apartments located in the heart of Oporto's downtown, an UNESCO world heritage site. One large family or two groups could stay together exclusively on the top floor but have privacy and separation in each unit. There are awesome views to the Cathedral and River at the rear, and historical street sunset view at the front. It’s just a few minutes walk to the famous water-front Ribeira, the Douro River and Luis I bridge.....prime location. Please refer to the floor plans of both right and left units presented in the photos.

They both have open concepts living room and kitchen with plenty of light and air through the exterior windows. 4 bedrooms (in total) all have double beds except one larger interior bedroom has two single beds.

The two units occupy exclusively the top floor of the building with an elevator, plus quiet from the concrete construction insulation. The entry doors to each units are next to each other, therefore they provide ultimate flexibility for a larger group who prefers two kitchens and also separate spaces catering to individual needs.

The entire building has been completely renovated while preserving the historical façade.
