The city apartment is located in the centre of Annaberg-Buchholz in an apartment building on the 2nd floor. You have a beautiful view partly to the St Annen church and to the surrounding properties.

Perhaps you are now looking for a FW for the next holidays, for the Annaberger Kät - the big folk festival in the Erzgerbirge, also the overnight stay on the occasion of family celebrations and in the summer holidays is possible. Autumn hiking holiday or even for the Advent and Christmas season or New Year's Eve - reserve in advance - large FW like this are scarce and very popular. I DEC. please MINIMUM BOOKING 3-4 DAYS required In 7 minutes you are on foot to our beautiful Christmas market. The area is particularly unique in the run-up to Christmas and almost all the windows are decorated and illuminated with swivel arches. You can only find this here.

A MINIMUM BOOKING PERIOD OF 4-5 DAYS IS REQUESTED for the ADVENT WEEKEND, over CHRISTMAS, THE INTERMEDIATE DAYS AND SILVESTER. We also have very entertaining books for you to read in our FW.
There are many sightseeing opportunities in our beautiful town. Visit the "Manufactory of Dreams", St Anne's Church, the "Frohnauer Hammer" or the 3 show mines. For our children there is a model railway museum or take a ride on the narrow-gauge railway. Our surrounding countryside is beautifully varied and mountainous. Therefore it is also suitable for people who like hiking but at the same time want to be close to the city.
At the house entrance there is a nicely planted small garden with a garden bench as well as a small table and 2-3 chairs in summer, which can be used on request. Pets only one (dog) please on request In the house on the ground floor there is a modern hairdresser. There is a good range of wellness and Ayurveda massages as well as health counselling. Special beauty programmes or wellness weekends can be booked in the house. The village and various shopping facilities are only a few hundred metres away. Public transport is also available within a short distance.

Comfortably and tastefully furnished, it offers 80m² of space for up to 8 people. It has modern furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with many kitchen appliances, including a fridge with freezer compartment and a hob with oven. The living room has a modern wall unit as well as a double sofa bed and comfortable seating. There is also a TV and CD player. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed and additional sleeping facilities in the living room on the double sofa bed. One bedroom is very large and can also be used as a sofa bed for 1-2 people (please enquire if required). Higher occupancy is also possible on request.
THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TIME TO TRAVEL IS CHRISTMAS TIME. our Christmas market is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL in Germany. the atmosphere is unique. PLEASE NOTE ! IN DECEMBER A MINIMUM STAY OF 4 DAYS IS REQUIRED.
