> Kitchen & dining area is large with a countertop bar and a table. It has a set of dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee cups, bowls, a few pots & pans, a can opener, blender, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, and a microwave/air fryer.

> Living room area is a decent size space with plenty of room to move about comfortably. It has one sofa with recliners at each end, one recliner, two end tables, and a 52" Smart Tv.

> Master bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, 43" Smart TV, and a walk-in closet.

> Master bath has two separate vanities and a walk-in shower (no tub).

> Second bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, desk, 43" Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. It is located on the opposite end of the home from the master bedroom. It doesn't have its own bathroom, but the main bath is right next to the 2nd bedroom.

> Main bath has one vanity and a tub/shower combo. It is located in the hall next to the 2nd bedroom, on the opposite end of the home from the master bedroom.

> Front porch (covered) has two really comfortable rocking chairs. It also has a handicap ramp that gives handicapped access through the front door.

> Back porch (covered) is large and has enough chairs to accommodate 6-8 people.

> Large back yard is spacious and includes a fire pit, a swing, and plenty of room for the kids to run and play.

>Carport is available on the front, if needed, to park out of the weather.

> Additional covered space on the back where we have a BBQ/smoker if you want to bring your own charcoal and grill or smoke outdoors.
