You have access to the entire home minus the two owner's closets and garage.

Other things to note
* Please read the house rules. Booking means you agree with the terms.

* The home is on a street in a cul-de-sac. Please be respectful of the neighbors and drive slowly. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. NO PARTIES OR GUESTS are allowed who are not registered.

* Maximum occupancy is 16 guests.

* We welcome well-behaved dogs up to 50 lbs. There is an extra charge for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay. Please include them in the head count when you reserve so it will be included in the total. Also include in the message the type/breed of dog and weight. Greater than two will be accepted on a case by case basis.
Unfortunately, we can't host cats due to allergies :(

*Nature abounds in the forest! Wooded areas are home to critters such as but not limited to bears, deer, rodents, spiders, snakes, ants, and insects. We have regular maintenance with a pest control company but spring and summer are high season.

*We use all Smart Roku TVs (free channels or use your own subscriptions). Premium channels are not provided.
