The main level boasts an open layout, easy access to the large lakeside deck, a full bathroom with shower, as well as two bedrooms, each with access to the deck. The second floor features the 3rd bedroom with a private balcony, a full bathroom with shower, and a loft with a twin bed and full futon. The Duna Vista association also provides access to 200 feet of pristine Lake Michigan beach—a short 5-minute walk—along with a heated saltwater pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball.
