Enjoy this 2021 built home! Experience the MS Gulfport coast with only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Great kitchen setup with multiple appliances.(appliances not in photos)

Second Floor Balcony to enjoy the Ocean view and cool breeze.

Great size tv's in each room with streaming services included! (Netflix, Hulu, HBO)

Great WIFI signal for those on the road in need to work and enjoy a beer or margarita on the balcony.

Driveway (3 vehicles)

Beach access within walking distance.

Plenty of local great restaurants near by which are just a treat!

Don't mind gambling a little with Island View Casino right across the street and multiple casinos near by within driving distances.

Mississippi Aquarium down the beach main rd about 1 mil away

Friendship Oak, Gulf Islands Waterpark are also near by.

Please - No smoking inside the building

We are pet friendly with a fee

We truly value our guests and understand what's important. Our guests appreciate a professionally cleaned home on each visit. Guests also appreciate our quick communication and response times throughout the rental process - from the booking, to the stay, and finally the deposit return

We currently are listed on Airbnb and VRBO. This site allows guests to contact us and book with us directly to save on added service fees from other platforms.

Should you want want to book with either platform please view our listings and reviews in Gulfport.

We charge do charge nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fees. If you book through Airbnb or VRBO, there will be an extra service fee charge from them.

House Rules

CHECK-IN: 3:00pm or after. No early check-ins without consent.
CHECK-OUT: 11:00am or before. Any delay in check-out, without prior consent of Owners shall result in Vacationers being charged additional monies.

PARKING
Ensure that you park only in our designated parking area
Three designated parking spots are available in Driveway. Might fit a fourth but will be very tight.

QUIET TIME: Please be respectful or your neighbors and limit noise between 10pm and 7am.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE. Any smoking detected in the unit will result in deposits forfeited.

PETS ARE ALLOWED: We do ask that you please clean up after them and try to avoid any accidents in doors.

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED

ITEMS WE PROVIDE
All units are equipped for light housekeeping, towels, and linens. We provide a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, and dish detergent. The kitchen is equipped with: a coffeemaker, utensils, steak knives, pots, pans, toaster, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, etc. We also provide an iron and an iron board. Please ensure to bring additional amenities to fit your needs.

FOR CHECK OUT
1.Take out all trash. The trash bin is in the front of the home located outside on the right side.
2.Please place any dirty dishes in dishwasher.(please start it on quick wash, detergent is located under sink)
3.Place laundry in laundry baskets with any dirty linens.( you do not need to start it)
4.Please do NOT strip sheets.(Our cleaners will perform)
5.Please confirm nothing was left behind.
6.Ensure all exterior windows and doors, are closed and locked.

Refundable Damage Deposit

If home is found in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.

Damages: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charge at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In super extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

Our cancellation policy is 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund. No exceptions, so we would recommend that you purchase travel insurance during hurricane seasons or other unforeseen events.

Cancellation deadlines are in the property's time zone.

Notes

Damage deposit will be returned within 7 days after checkout date(Due to Card systems). Will be processed once home is reviewed after check out.(Same Day)
Deposit returned subject to no damages or missing items provided by the owner.
