Whether you're interested in fun in the sun, trying your lucky hand at the casino, fishing, deep sea excursions, or enjoying fresh, local seafood, you'll be able to do it all while staying here!

2 bedrooms - King bed in one and Queen bed in the other. Both beds have cooling gel-infused memory foam mattresses that help to regulate body temperature (highly-rated and breathable with pressure-relief materials that adapt to your body).

All 3 TVs are smart TVs (2 are Roku) - one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Feel free to use any log-ins you have for any streaming subscriptions.

Wireless High-Speed Internet is available throughout the home.

Central AC/Heat and 6 ceiling fans with lights throughout.

Kitchen provides filtered water dispenser at the sink, automatic ice maker, blender, new dishwasher, pots/pans/baking sheets, higher quality cooking utensils, seafood tools, and a coffee bar that includes coffee, filters, sugar, artificial sweetener, and half and half for your enjoyment while staying with us! We also include essentials like salt/pepper, some spices, oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent and paper towels.

One full bathroom with a blue-tooth speaker as part of the bathroom fan! Listen to your favorite music as you shower away your cares! Essentials are provided: towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and even a place to put your toothbrushes!

Cozy up in the living room to watch a movie on the smart TV or to read one of the fiction books we've provided. Or create lasting memories as you gather together at the dining room table to play one of the games we've left for guest use!

Lamps and charging ports throughout the home for your convenience...no need to get up to shut off the light or try to find a plug somewhere. The ones in the bedroom are dimming - use them to read or as a night light.

The back deck can be directly accessed through the king bedroom. It has comfortable seating, patio lights, and a working water fountain. There's also a propane fire pit table and 2 outdoor grills (charcoal and propane - we don't provide charcoal or propane). We ask that fires are never left unattended and that grills and the fire pit are not moved around.

Kick around the soccer ball or play a game of tag out in the spacious fenced backyard! Watch the kids from the comfortable deck furniture as they safely get out all their energy and crash at bedtime (don't you wish it was always this easy?!). There's plenty of space for outdoor enjoyment, and since the yard is fenced, it's even more enjoyable!!

The beach closet off the carport breezeway has beach chairs, a rolling beach cart, folding plastic side table, boogie boards, and a cooler for guest use. There are also beach towels in the bathroom linen closet if you'd like to relax in the sun on the beach.
