A spacious terrace (all for exclusive use) with sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue, lift, parking, private access to the sea, air-conditioned rooms, a large and bright living room, unique architecture and proximity to the center of the town of Minori ( 500 meters), are the strengths of this apartment, together with the wonderful 180 ° sea view.

The space
The structure is structured as follows: a bright and spacious living room, with dining room with two comfortable sofas including a comfortable sofa bed, two large bedrooms with double beds (160 cm x 195 cm), two complete bathrooms with shower and a third service bathroom / laundry with washing machine, but without shower or bidet. A small tower with a great view of the sea with a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a separate compartment for freezing, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (moka), American coffee maker etc. etc. Cutlery and crockery. Sheets, towels, 2 hairdryers. Lift that leads directly into the apartment from the parking lot, no steps to take except for four steps to access the lift (single step 13 cm high), but there is also pedestrian access via a small steep ramp . Free parking for one car of medium size car (preferable) . Private access to the sea (not in exclusive use) accessible in part via the lift and for the remainder via stairs (about 80 steps up to sea level, but it is always possible to make the same journey using only the external stairs) . The large terrace, completely renovated, has an area of ​​about 75 square meters and is equipped with a dining table for 6 people with sliding awning, 4 sun loungers, chairs and sofa, barbecue, and shower. To access the terrace, which is not on the same level as the house, you need to climb 9 steps.

In the same structure, there is an additional independent apartment ( The small castle of Moors ) and this allows large groups of friends or extended families (up to 12 beds, distributed in two apartments), to organize their holidays by living all in the same real estate context, but which allows, at the same time, to maintain one's family privacy.
- Access to the maritime platform will be allowed from May 1st to September 30th, also in consideration of the weather conditions.
- It is forbidden to enter the sea platform in case of rough sea. Perfect house for family holidays.
- All the electricity used in the house is 100% exclusively from renewable sources. We are very sensitive to polluting sources. It is a small contribution to the best protection of our world.

Guest access
Guests are allowed access to all the house, all the terrace (for exclusive use), the descent to the sea on the private platform , accessible from May 15th , in common with the other guests (maximum of 10 persons), but you'll always be reserved for 25% of the entire surface of the platform, the private car park for 1 car citycar or medium capacity the elevator that communicates directly with the apartment.

Other things to note
-The house is about 500 meters from Minori but just 100 meters from the house there is a shortcut with a road made up of steps that allows you to save the walk of about 350 meters. There are just over 60 steps and for people of a certain age and with walking problems, however, they could be challenging, but there is always the possibility of walking the entire road to Minori (exactly 500 meters), without walking steps.
-Arrivals in the afternoon, in the evening , or after 20.00 or during the night will not be subject to additional costs , but it is always to be agreed upon. Always communicate the means of transport chosen and the time, even if approximate, of arrival. Always alert in case of delay.
- The cost for the final cleaning of the whole house, the sanitation of the perfect disinfection against Covid 19 (observing the scrupulous indications of the National Health Service and the strict rules imposed by Airbnb), the washing and sanitary treatment of sterilization of the sheets, towels and tablecloths from the bathroom, for each week, amount to € 120. This sum, if it has not already been accounted for and paid in the quote at the time of booking, is mandatory to be paid in cash at check-in. If requested, after a week of stay, the complete change of towels (3 for each person) and sheets, their cost will be paid separately at the time of delivery of the linen and is quantified in euro 50. Idem for cleaning the house after a week (the service will cost 50 euros). The cleaning of the house and the possible arrangement of the clean linen must be done exclusively with the house without internal stay of guests and will take at least 5/6 hours. Nobody will be able to enter the house during the cleaning and disinfection operations.
- The security deposit will amount to € 300 to be paid in cash at the time of check-in and will be returned, in full in the absence of damage to the property, at the time of check-out, after a necessary and quick check. A receipt will be issued which will constitute the only title for the return of the same.
- For all the months from April to October the tourist tax to be paid for the Municipality of Ravello will be 3 euros per person, for each day of stay (new modification approved by the Municipality of Ravello on 20.03.2019).
The tourist tax for the Municipality of Ravello will not be counted for stays from the 7th day onwards.
Children under 16 are not subject to the payment of the tourist tax.
In compliance with Italian law, for periods of long stays (over 30 days) it will be necessary to sign a binding contract at the time of check-in which will not entail any additional costs.
Electricity / air conditioning is included in the price up to 100 kWh, for further consumption, beyond the 100kwh threshold, an amount of € 1,00 will be charged for each subsequent kWh, payable in cash at the time of check out, subject to verification by of the guest's consumption made on the electricity meter. The electricity used by the structure is 100% energy derived from green renewable sources.
-It is forbidden to access the sea platform in case of rough seas.
-It is forbidden to sit on the sofas, indoors and outdoors with the body wet and / or sprinkled with creams or oils.
-The private access to the sea with a concrete platform , accessible from May 15th , is shared with the other guests of the structure (maximum other 4/6 people), but can of course be used exclusively in moments of absence of other people on the same.
-The steel staircase for the descent into the sea from the concrete platform is made available to guests only in the event of particularly calm weather conditions of the wave motion , and in any case not before May 15th . It is forbidden to access the sea platform in case of rough seas. In this case it will always be possible to go to the nearby (500 meters) beach of the town of Minori.
- Once minors have accessed the facility, they must be cared for and monitored continuously and scrupulously by an adult from the family, who will be solely responsible for their safety.
Upon arrival, renters must show their passport / ID card (for each traveler) and complete and sign a form for the local police authorities.
-The respect by the guests of all the regulations in force in Italy, national, regional and local is mandatory and all the services are provided in compliance and compliance with these regulations.
-Please always remember that you are hosted in a simple private house and not in a luxury hotel. The house has been completely renovated in its very solid walls and electrical systems in accordance with the law, always keeping in mind the respect of the restrictive dictates on "historic houses", subjected to rigid architectural constraints, but undoubtedly the entire structure has some century . But keep in mind that your well-being and happiness is very important, and all our energy, strength and attention are directed only towards this end. It is important to specify this, because for all your needs, there is always someone who will take care of it. It is our job and we always try to improve ourselves, but we are not infallible, nor do we have employees, organizations and means and tax concessions like a luxury hotel. But you will always have one certainty: we will certainly always be ready to intervene immediately upon any report that we receive. A negative review or a simple 4 star (which according to Airbnb parameters is equivalent to a negative review, certainly not very flattering), penalizes us greatly and for a period of whole years.
