Lower Level: Queen bed, full bathroom, and a sitting area with a queen pull-out sofa bed.

Main Level: Queen bed, full bathroom, and the main living area with a deck.

Top Level: Master suite with a king-sized bed, partial-ocean-view balcony, and a full bathroom.

• Extras:

New washer and dryer

Beach gear (chairs, towels, cooler, and toys)

Property Rules:

• Parking is limited to two cars. One car may be parked in the driveway directly in front of the property, and another may be parked in front of the clubhouse/pool area. Two temporary parking permits will be provided and must be displayed at all times.

• To maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, parties and loud music are not permitted.

• No pets or smoking allowed.
