Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. We live on the property and are available through Airbnb messaging if you have questions or need anything during your stay.

The Sandra Dee is located in Bayonne, New Jersey, a residential community with local restaurants, shops, parks, and waterfront views. It’s a convenient base for exploring Bayonne and the surrounding area, including Jersey City and New York City.

After a day out, you can return to a comfortable, private space in a neighborhood setting.

Bayonne is a walkable neighborhood, with convenient public transportation nearby. A bus stop at the corner offers access to Jersey City and Manhattan, and the light rail is a short walk away.

One off-street parking space is also available if you’re traveling by car.

* One pet is welcome with a $100 pet fee, payable before your stay. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the home.
* No events, parties, or large gatherings.
* The person booking must be at least 25 years old.
* Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
* Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Unauthorized guests may result in cancellation in accordance with Airbnb’s policies.
* Additional fees and taxes may apply.
* The rental is on the first floor and requires four steps to enter.

Exterior security cameras

For your safety, the property has two exterior Ring cameras:

1. A lighted camera on the garage faces the rear parking area and driveway.
2. A camera on the back porch faces the garage.

Both cameras are located outdoors, face outdoor areas only, and do not monitor any interior space. They record video when motion is detected.
