The Salty Palm is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood in Bradenton - close to coastal adventures, with a relaxed place to return to afterward. Explore nearby Robinson Preserve and its kayak launch, spend the day on Anna Maria Island’s beaches, or enjoy waterfront dining in Cortez Fishing Village.

A car is recommended for exploring the area. Beach drive times vary with traffic and season.

Please help us respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise low, especially during quiet hours.

Parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway and adjoining gravel driveway. Feel free to park your boat on the gravel!

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, front yard, and driveway for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.

Routine lawn and pool maintenance may occur during your stay to keep everything in great condition. Visits are brief and occur during daytime hours.

Florida is a tropical destination, and occasional outdoor insects or wildlife are normal, especially in the evenings. The home is professionally treated on a regular basis.

After booking, guests will be asked to review and acknowledge a standard rental agreement outlining house rules, safety information, and local requirements. For security and compliance purposes, the booking guest may be asked to provide a valid photo ID and the names of overnight guests prior to arrival.
