1. Parking Passes must always be hung on Rearview mirror at ALL times. 2. Return Parking Passes to Side of Kitchen cabinets before departure or $100 replacement fee will be deducted. 3. Run Dishwasher prior to your departure and Return ALL items back in place. 4. Sunscreen must be applied outside of the Condo. Do NOT sit on Furnishings or Beds after sunscreen application. 5. Do NOT sit on furniture or Beds with wet/sandy clothing. 6. All wet towels must be Hung on hooks on patio or in bathrooms. 7.
