Minimum age of primary renter is 25 the Person who makes the reservation must occupy the unit the entire time of the reservation. We cannot accommodate more than 6 people including children to stay in the unit.This is an HOA and City code enforcement rule. No additional guests to occupy the unit. We have video Monitoring for security on the outside of the property. Our community is quiet, and we have a close relationship with our neighbors. We ask that you respect our neighbor’s privacy and monitor noise levels during the night time. The pool closes at 10:00p.m. We have a no smoking policy in our place. if you need to smoke please smoke outside. Do not leave smoke butts on the ground outside either in the back or the front of the unit. We will charge an extra clean up fee. Please be sure any children under the age of 3 wear a swim diaper while in pool. Prior to leaving: Please be sure to clean up. The cleaning fee is only for regular departure. The house must be left in good condition. There will be an extra charge for excessive cleaning. Place all dirty towels in a pile next to back door down stairs. Leave sheets and comforters on the beds as the cleaning people will strip the beds. Rinse all dirty dishes, place in dishwasher and start wash cycle. detergent is under kitchen sink. Grill must be left clean. there will be a $50 cleaning fee applied if grill is left dirty. Place trash in dumpster ( inside fence next to the parking lot).
