This 3 bed, 1.5 bath retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious deck, basement bar, gym, sauna, shuffleboard table, and projector for movie nights. Conveniently located near Island Lake Recreation Area and downtown Brighton — perfect for couples, families, or weekends with friends!

The space
You will wake up relaxed and refreshed after a good nights sleep in one of our 3 well decorated and comfortable bedrooms.

The Lakeside Laydown (Bedroom 1) offers a comfortable queen bed, bedside tables, a closet with a dresser to store your clothes/belongings and an incredible view of the lake with direct access to the half bath.

The Paddle Room (Bedroom 2) offers a comfortable queen bed. A bedside table, closet to store your belongings and cool/unique artwork will accommodate a cozy environment.

The king room (Bedroom 3) boasts a king size bed featuring a dual comfort mattress that is soft on half and a little firmer on the other half to accommodate all sleep preferences.

We have plenty of activities for everyone! Fish from the dock, take the kayaks or paddle board out, or go for a nice dip in the lake! If you’re looking to spend some time on dry land, challenge each other in surfboard corn hole, enjoy s’mores over a warm campfire or enjoy a few drinks at the Paddle Inn Basement Bar!

If you’re looking for an adventure, at the end of our street (1/2 of a mile) you have access into some of Michigan’s best parks. Island Lake State Park has plenty of hiking/biking trails, beaches, fishing docks, volleyball courts and perfect picnic spots. If you’re looking for a full morning/all day adventure, travel through the state park and you will connect to Kensington Metropark!
