The Otty House - Perth

Welcome to The Otty House, a beautifully rebuilt retreat on Otty Lake. Expansive glass doors open a soaring great room to the outdoors, with space to cook, gather and linger over long meals. Four welcoming bedrooms, including three with king beds and crisp cotton linens, make room for family and friends. Spend your days swimming, relaxing on the spacious patio or watching the light change across the lake. Thoughtful design, everyday comfort and the simple pleasures of cottage life.

The space
Some cottages are built around the view. The Otty House was rebuilt around what happens when people come together.

At the heart of the home is a spectacular vaulted great room, with soaring ceilings, a dramatic chandelier and expansive glass doors that bring the surrounding landscape into the living space. It's a place for slow mornings, afternoons curled up with a good book, and lively evenings when conversations stretch long past dinner.

The modern kitchen invites real cooking, while a generous dining table seating more than ten makes room for everyone. Comfortable sofas offer a place to settle in, and four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms provide their own quiet retreats. Three feature king beds with crisp 100% cotton linens, while the fourth has a queen-over-queen bunk, perfect for families and groups of friends.

Outside, the spacious patio becomes an extension of the home. Enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air, spend the afternoon swimming and exploring the lake, or gather together as the evening light settles over the water.

We've tried to create something that feels both beautiful and genuinely comfortable—a home that invites you to appreciate its details without worrying about them. A place where children can be children, friends can reconnect, and the pace of everyday life gives way to something simpler.

Whether you're here for a summer holiday, a family celebration or a quiet escape, The Otty House offers a little more room to breathe, to connect and to simply be together.
