Cherry Grove Beach's wonderful walking neighborhood allows you to easily access restaurants, live music, dancing, ice cream shops, and a grocery store on foot. Leave your car parked, forget about traffic, and enjoy your vacation.

Damage deposit of $400 due at booking. Deposit will be returned within 12 days of checkout out.
Parking passes for 2 cars is available in the garage or overflow lot.

During June and July, our rentals are for 7 days only, Saturday to Saturday; off season is 3 day minimum; check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.
Laundry is on the fourth floor by the pool, with coin-operated washers and dryers ($1.75/load) and a change machine for convenience.
There will be a starter kit in the condo which includes toilet paper, dish soap, dish washer soap and paper towels.
No dogs or pets allowed. Please report any ADA handicapped service assistance animals at the time of reservation.
No smoking or vaping allowed in the condo or on HOA property, except in the designated smoking area. $300 fee charged for smoke remediation
Pest control visits monthly on the third Monday; no presence needed.
No motorcycles, trailers, boats, golf carts or RV's permitted in garage area or parking lot. Maximum garage clearance is 6.5' oversized vehicles must use outdoor lot.
We do not host local residents within 90 miles.
