As such, we have no control over the availability, maintenance schedule, or operational status of these amenities. The pool and/or hot tub may be closed at any time without notice, including during your stay, due to maintenance, repairs, or HOA decisions. Because these amenities are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee their availability, and we do not offer refunds- partial or full- for their unavailability. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Upon booking, a registration link will be emailed to complete and acknowledge the Escape VRM Rental Agreement. Check-in instructions will be sent after completion or 2-days prior to arrival.

Please note that a 3% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, irrespective of the time or reason for cancellation. This fee is non-negotiable and helps cover transaction and administrative expenses.
