Discover this charming apartment in the heart of the historic center of Libourne. The accommodation is made up of the following rooms:
- Living/dining room (connected TV, 3-seater sofa, dining area)
- Open bedroom (Queen-size bed - 160/200), two balconies overlooking the street.
- Workspace
- Bathroom (walk-in shower) with WC
- Equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen essentials, etc.)
- Dressing area and washing machine

Supplies available:
- Sheets and bed linen
- Bath towels (2 per person)
- Kitchen essentials (oil, salt & pepper...)
- Coffees, teas, sugar/sweets
- Basic cleaning product (detergent, dishwashing liquid, tea towels, rags, etc.)
- Shampoo, shower gel & hand soap

Other benefits:
- A baby bed (travel bed with sheets) is available free of charge on request
- Possibility of storing 2 bicycles at the end of the corridor
- Netflix subscription included as well as a wide choice of TV channels

In addition, you can also rent the ground floor apartment (Serenity) if available in order to privatize the building.

It is an independent entrance, the building only has 2 apartments so very quiet. This apartment located on the first floor (without elevator but with wide stairs) is entirely at your disposal. Libourne offers a vast public transport network, including the La Cali Bus service, connecting neighboring towns. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. You can also store up to two bicycles in the common areas, under video surveillance, for optimal security.
