No couples with 2 children or children older than 5 are permitted. SMOKING Absolutely NO CANNABIS SMOKING inside or patio is allowed. Neighbors have complained before and in Florida it's illegal so please don't compromise our Airbnb with it. FINE FEE IS $500 and EVICTION. VISITORS NO EXTRA VISITORS AT ALL. Please understand this is only for you and your 2nd guest. Violation of this rule will incur in a $100 per night fir no authorized guests. PLUNGE POOL RULES Pool hours 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM The plunge pool is serviced between every checking in/out day between Guests. There is no service during your stay. It's your responsibility to keep water clean following this rules : NO more than 2 persons inside. NO Oils/ Sunscreen NO shoes No flower petals and other things like food. NO sand from beach/ swimwear. Make sure you get showered before entering into the tub. It's your responsibility to keep the pool covered all times it's not in use. Keep in mind rain/ leaves may enter and cause coloration of the water and look like dirty. There's a skimmer and a pool vacuum you can use anytime after use or if you find leaves. If sand is found inside the pool after you checked out, we will have to drain the entire Pool and add new water For next guests, causing an extra fee of $150 to drain and refill. FURNITURE Do not move anything in the room, not moving tv, furniture etc is permitted. Not suitable for children and infantsNo smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
