Plus, nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to French Meadow Regional Park, just a 5-minute drive, offering lake/beach access with kayak rental in summer months, and walking, and biking trails.

Main Level:
• Living Room: Smart TV (50" 2020 Samsung - Class Crystal UHD) w/ streaming services available upon personal log-in
• Kitchen: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, toaster, blender, rice cooker, drip brew coffee pot, Keurig machine, electric tea kettle, coffee and tea supplies
• Half Bathroom: Toilet & sink

Upper Level:
• Laundry Room: Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board
• Bedroom #1: Queen bed, closet
• Bedroom #2: Queen bed, 32” Roku TV, desk & chair, dresser, and walk-in closet
• Full Bathroom: soaker bathtub, shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
Note: The Full Bathroom has 2 doors. 1 of the doors is connected to Bedroom #2, the other door is in the hallway for everyone to access.

Patio with chair, love seat, and coffee table
