Pool use subject to all pool rules being followed - guest assumes all risk for use of pool and waives the right to claim negligence or malpractice in the event of injury - guest assumes all responsibility, and guest booking acknowledges and assumes the risk of pool usage. As per Hillsborough county ordinance, there is a minimum of six nights that must be booked per stay.

Bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and a starter supply of essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion to help you get settled in comfortably.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay, including:

• Keurig coffee maker (starter pods provided)
• Toaster and hot water kettle
• Full set of cookware, utensils, and dishware
• Starter supply of trash bags and paper towels

Everything is set up to make your stay convenient, comfortable, and feel just like home.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside only.
• Propane for the grill is not guaranteed. Guests may refill the tank locally if needed. If you would like the propane tank pre-filled before arrival, please request it at least 5 days prior to check-in. A $75 service fee applies.

Pool Heating Disclaimer

We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable pool experience for all of our guests. Please note that pool temperature can be subjective—what feels warm to one guest may feel cool to another.

Our pool is heated and maintained with care. The pool heater is set to approximately 89°F and operates automatically each day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

However, pool temperature is affected by outdoor weather conditions. During colder periods, particularly when temperatures fall below 60°F, the heater may not be able to reach or maintain the set temperature.

For this reason, we are unable to guarantee a specific water temperature at any time. Refunds or discounts will not be provided due to variations in pool temperature or limitations caused by weather conditions.
