The apartment enjoys a strategic location, just steps from the pedestrian area, the heart of Pescara’s nightlife, full of bars, cocktail lounges and dining venues, and only a few metres from all major services: supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs and plenty of take-away food options.
Only a short walk from Corso Umberto, the city’s main shopping street.
Piazza Salotto is just 5 minutes away on foot (350 m), while the beach is about 450 metres away. In less than ten minutes you can reach the most popular beach clubs and the wide, fine sandy beach stretching for over 8 km.
The train station is a 5-minute walk away and a paid parking is few steps away, making getting around easy and convenient.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment.
The shared condominium areas are the entrance hall and the stairway.
Although there is an elevator, the accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities, due both to the small size of the elevator and to the presence of a few steps required to access it.
