Welcome to Casa dell'Amore, a "clothing-optional" homeshare bed and breakfast in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, overlooking a nature preserve. This adults-only (25+) retreat offers two private guest rooms, (both listed separately on Airbnb), delivering a "home away from home" experience with personalized hospitality, a home-cooked breakfast each morning, and thoughtful touches throughout.

The space
Casa dell’Amore is a clothing-optional, homeshare and spa retreat where you can enjoy natural freedom. Relax and reconnect in a peaceful setting, and enjoy a complimentary massage and genuine hospitality.

A NOTE ABOUT US AND OUR HOME
We’re truly excited to welcome you into our home! Please note that we have a minimum 2-night stay requirement. As full-time homeshare hosts, we live on-site and offer a classic bed & breakfast experience (this is not a whole-house rental).
We have two beautifully appointed private guest rooms available on Airbnb: The Cozy Room (this listing) and The Drawing Room. Each room has its own private bathroom, so you’ll have your own personal sanctuary while sharing the common areas with us and, at most, one other guest or couple.
We genuinely enjoy meeting people and making new friends—our favorite part of hosting! We look forward to making your stay warm, comfortable, and memorable. Welcome!

WHO WE ARE
We are warm, sociable hosts who enjoy connecting with our guests over wine, relaxed evening conversations, and shared moments on the front patio, poolside on the back veranda or enjoying a wonderful evening, under the stars, in the hot tub.
That being said, your comfort and privacy are important to us. If you prefer a quiet, independent stay, alone time, or simply a more low-key experience, please just let us know— we will happily respect your boundaries and give you all the space you need without any intrusion.

OUR HOUSE RULES
* This property is reserved for adults aged 25 and older only.
* Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.
* The property is not suitable for children or infants.
* No pets or emotional support animals of any kind are permitted.
* Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or any use of tobacco/nicotine products is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the house, rooms, pool, spa, and outdoor areas.
* Only registered guests booked through Airbnb and their guest are permitted on the property. After you or you and your guest have arrived, no additional visitors, overnight guests, or unapproved individuals outside the booking are permitted on the property.

These rules help to ensure a peaceful, adult-oriented environment and preserve the property for all guests. Thank you for respecting our policies—we appreciate it!

WARM WELCOMES AND LITTLE EXTRAS
A complimentary bottle of wine—let us know your favorite varietal at least the day prior to your arrival.
On the evening of your arrival day, enjoy Jim's famous homemade Crème Brûlée (torched sugar topping, fresh fruit, and whipped cream).
Forgot toiletries? We likely have extras (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, deodorant, etc.)—just ask!

SPA ROOM EXPERIENCE
Our private spa room is a space designed for relaxation. The room features two massage tables, fresh linens and towels, an essential oil diffuser, massage oils, and a selection of Bath & Body Works body lotions for both men and women. There is also streaming spa music.

Complimentary spa experiences included with your stay:

Private Individual Massage – A personalized massage from your host, Jim.

Four-Hand Massage (Jim & Patty) – A synchronized treatment available for single travelers.

Couples Massage (Jim & Patty) – Treat yourselves to a couples massage and enjoy a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. It’s a great way to unwind, refresh, and share some quality time.

Our spa room is also available for private couple use. Simply let us know in advance, and we will prepare the room for you.

POOL & SPA HIGHLIGHTS
The swimming pool and large spa (hot tub) overlook hillside views of the nature reserve. The spa seats up to 15 with infinity-edge design and fountain features; the pool features a full-length faux infinity edge—both open year-round.
6' extendable privacy screens on either side for daytime use.

2 poolside love seat sofas with seating for 4 with coffee table.

Music streams poolside and patio—request your preferred music anytime.

Guest access
SHARED SPACES AND AMMENITIES
Full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room (with fireplace for cooler months), bar area, laundry room (washer/dryer), spa room, pool/spa area, patio, gas grill, and outdoor dining. Bottled water is available in your mini fridge or the large laundry room refrigerator.

During your stay
We are Jim and Patty, retired hosts with three sweet, small dogs (Nellie, Chloe, and Daisy)—2 playful, 1 shy, and people-loving. They have their own side yard during the day but may interact occasionally. If you're not comfortable with dogs or have allergies, this may not be the best fit.
We love entertaining, good wine, and creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere. We can't imagine not having a pool, hot tub or spa room as it is ageless enjoyment for everyone who appreciates socializing in a fun and positive setting.

Location & Surroundings
We are located above a nature reserve with hiking trails (easy flat paths to challenging hills) and year-round wildlife, including deer (drive carefully). The Texas Hill Country offers relaxation and warm local hospitality. We're centrally located for easy day trips to San Antonio, Austin, Wimberley, New Braunfels, Blanco, Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Boerne, Kerrville, and more.
