❗️Important Considerations... let's be sure the Country Cottage is the right fit for you and your group:
1. Rental Agreement: Must sign agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancelation with applicable cancelation penalties.
2. Occupancy: Max 8 persons at the home at any given time, including non-overnight guests. This count includes adults, children and infants.
3. Minimum Age: Booking guest must be age 21+ (or active military) & occupant of the Property.
4. Accessibility: Access via small flights of stairs at all entrances to home.
5. Location: On bustling street, you may hear some street noise in the front living and front bedroom area.
6. Fencing: Front yard fenced but spaces where smaller dogs or children could potentially escape.
7. Sleeping Arrangements: 2 king beds, a twin daybed with trundle (2 twins total) + queen sleeper sofa.
8. Saturday check-ins/checkouts: not available
9. TVs: streaming services only; no local cable.
10. ANIMALS. PET POLICY. DOGS ONLY. NO CATS or any other pets/ reptiles. Well-behaved, potty-trained dogs welcome with non-refundable fee of $25/ night/ dog (if not selected at time of booking, will be requested post booking). Must register in advance. Keep off furniture; Dispose of pet waste outside; must remain leashed while outside of home; Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). ESAs require a written request at time of reservation & official documentation (from a doctor or the government) of a diagnosed disability, unless readily apparent. Or the pet policy applies. Licensed service animals are always welcome with no additional fee associated
11. Vehicles: No trailers, RVs, boats or non-standard vehicles in parking spot or street per Nashville regulations.
12. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in the South. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable.
13. Home Age: Nearly 100-years old and though renovated in 2023 there are some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos.
14. Smart Home/Security: Exterior camera at entry door in front & entry door at back of home(NO interior cameras). Echo devices in living rooms and bedrooms (can be unplugged).
15. Guest Home: A separate rental is located at back of property. Back patio of the back home is adjacent to this home which is at front of property. Homes/ yards divided by privacy fence. Each home has its own parking & own fenced area.
