Nestled in a peaceful setting, our fully enclosed, private and secluded property is the ideal place for a relaxing family getaway, a celebration with friends, or a calm and comfortable remote-work stay.

Ideally located, our farmhouse is close to renowned tourist sites such as Chablis 🍇 and the medieval town of Noyers 🏰.

The space
Discover the charm of our spacious renovated farmhouse, where stone walls and exposed wooden beams blend seamlessly with modern amenities for your comfort. The property is centered around a beautiful private courtyard, designed for relaxation and leisure.

Outside, enjoy your private swimming pool to cool off on sunny days, or unwind year-round in the hot tub. Inside, several living areas await you, including a cozy lounge with a fireplace for warm and inviting evenings by the fire. For entertainment, there is a children’s playroom, a foosball table, and a pool table.

With 5 bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for up to 15 guests (with additional capacity available), the house comfortably accommodates large groups and families.

EV charger available for an additional €20 per day, per vehicle.
• Pets are not allowed inside the house. Outdoor outbuildings are available for them if needed.
• No smoking inside the property.
• Swimming pool: available from June to September.
• Jacuzzi / Spa: available all year round.
• Fireplace heating: feel free to enjoy a cosy fire during colder periods (unlimited firewood provided).

🕒 Late Check-out until 3:00 PM

If the property is not rebooked on the same day, you may enjoy a late check-out until 3:00 PM to extend your stay comfortably.
This option is available with a small additional fee of €20, upon request after booking.

We confirm availability the day before or on the morning of departure, depending on the schedule.
