The Brookwood - Winston-Salem

Enjoy a recently renovated house just minutes from Wake Forest University. This home is large enough for the whole family, or friends to gather for sporting events and holidays. The home has 2 full bathrooms and 4 large bedrooms with a cozy loft living area!

**Pets are allowed - just make sure to include them in your reservation! Up to 2 pets.

The entire home is your private retreat for your entire stay. You will be the only ones using the property. Enjoy the chef’s kitchen with a gas range, and fully stocked kitchen. Also, you will have access to the washer and dryer during your stay.

Guests will have access the entire main areas of the home. There is however, no access to the basement.

We are glad for our guests to celebrate exciting life events. However, when this is done, the home should be returned to its prior condition. Because of the difficulty to clean, it is specifically prohibited for guests to use glitter on the property. If we find glitter or remnants of glitter, there will be a $200 cleaning fee for the deep cleaning necessary to return the home to it’s prior condition. Please do not bring glitter into the home.
