Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

We are ideally suited for business travel, consultants, production/TV/Film housing, medical rotations, job re-locations, insurance clams or just a vacation. Rates include: Weekly cleaning service and Linens, (1) off-street parking space, HDTV Cable TV, and wireless Internet access. Save an extra 6% on stays longer than 90-days.

Team BCA manages a portfolio of properties and have an offsite management office. For your convenience we offer our innovative - At Your Leisure Check-in® to allow each guest to go directly to their apartment rather than an office/front desk upon arrival, so guests do not have to schedule a meeting offsite to get checked-in and collect keys.

2-weeks prior to arrival, all guests must Check-in using our Online Front Desk. Then, 2-3 days prior to arrival, you will receive your apartment details and credentials via email. On your day-of-arrival, simply go to your apartment and enter your code.

Check-in is easy, it only takes about 5-minutes to complete. Much like checking-in at a hotel, we collect the same information that they would.
