House Rules

No smoking, no vaping, no house parties, no kegs, no drugs, no RV's or ATV's, no frat parties, no over occupancy and no video taping. This is a nice family home for families to enjoy, wild parties will not be tolerated.

Payment Policy

50% at time of booking and 50% 30 days prior to arrival.

Refundable security deposit due 7 days prior to check in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$1000 refundable security deposit

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you advise owner in writing that you no longer want to perform your obligations under this agreement, owner in their sole and absolute discretion, will attempt to re-rent the premises. If the premises fails to re-rent or rents for less than your rental rate, you are responsible for the balance owed. If the premises re-rents for the full value of your rental rate, owner will reimburse you for all money previously paid.
