Direct Ocean Front with private balcony just steps from the beach!

Our condo is located on the 4th floor of a mid sized block and provides a comfortable and updated space for every season.

This is our family beach home and we hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do! Relax on the private balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the sound of the ocean. In the morning, watch the sunrise over the Atlantic and look out for dolphins! This fully equipped 4th floor condo in a well maintained block is located in the quieter mid-town area with good restaurants, bars, lunch spots and a grocery store within walking distance.

**Summer bookings** - If you are interested in summer weeks but don't see availability on our calendar, please send us an inquiry. We do not provide linens and towels during the summer weeks but we can recommend a linen rental company.

**PARKING ** There are two free assigned parking spots, one in the underground garage, please note the garage has limited clearance (6'4"), and an additional space in private lot behind the condo. Non-metered on-street parking is also available.

Bedroom 1 : Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: Twin bed, Bunk with twin over full
The top bunk is not suitable for adults. Recommended weight limit is 115llbs

**Heating / Cooling**
We have a smart thermostat on an older system. You have access to adjust the temperature to your comfort level within a set range.

**The Condominium Building**
The majority of the condos in this block are private vacation homes and are not rented. Some of our neighbors live in the block full time. The association does have external security cameras around the building and in common areas.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for such group rentals will not be honored.

There is a grocery store right across the main road should you need additional supplies (open May-September).
