This apartment (93 square meters) consists of:

- 1 bedroom with double bed (1.60 m wide) plus large balcony

- 1 bedroom with single bed (0.9 m wide) plus large desk.

- 1 large living room with large balcony and large pull-out sofa bed for 2 people plus large dining table

- Kitchen (fully equipped including oven, dishwasher, and dining table)

- Bathroom with shower

- WC

All rooms are equipped with a TV and free Wi-Fi including free nationwide landline calls in Germany.

The entrance has a security camera.

+ Parking is free on the neighboring street or available for a fee of 2 euros/day directly in front of the door (please inquire about availability in advance).

We are a couple from Heidelberg. We love to travel and make friends. We have been homesharing for many years and love to offer our flat to nice guests who take good care of our home. We support airbnb's original idea of living like a local, respecting host's rules, neighbours and showing concern for the environment. If you are more the hotel type guest, we would rather recommend not book with us :-) I am a university lecturer at the School of Translation and Interpreting of Heidelberg University and my wife a bookkeeper and children educator.

Getting around

Die Straßenbahnlinie 24 fährt den ganzen Tag im 10-Minuten-Takt vom Heidelberger Hauptbahnhof nach Rohrbach Markt, die Fahrt dauert 12 Minuten und dann sind es nur noch 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Um in die Altstadt zu kommen, nimmst du die Straßenbahn 23 bis zum Bismarckplatz. Die Fahrt dauert 13 Minuten.

Um zurück zur Wohnung zu gelangen, nimmst du bis 0:08 die Straßenbahn 23, danach dann den Moonliner-Bus M1, der bis 04:38 halbstündlich oder stündlich fährt.
