Sunset Pointe is a modern, three-story retreat just 25 minutes from Zion’s east entrance. With three bedrooms—each with its own ensuite bath—a game room, private hot tub, and sweeping views of the Coral Pink Cliffs and green valley below, it’s the perfect base for your Southern Utah adventure. Relax on the large main-level deck with outdoor seating, dining space, and a BBQ grill for meals with a view.

This home is designed for comfort, connection, and taking in the scenery. The main floor features an open-concept living area with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light and frame views of the cliffs and green hay fields below. The living room has comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a mounted flat-screen TV—great for movie nights or relaxing after a day exploring the parks.

The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you’ll need to prep meals at home. The dining table seats your group comfortably, with plenty of space for shared meals or game nights.

Just off the main floor, step out onto expansive decks with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. Whether you're sipping morning coffee or grilling under the stars, these decks give you a front-row seat to some of the best scenery in the area.

Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious king bedrooms—each with its own private ensuite bathroom, comfortable bedding, and closet space. On the lower level, the bunkroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds and easy access to the game room, making it a great setup for families with kids or teens who want their own space.

You are booking the Guest Home. The main home is called Sandstone Pointe. It is a 6-bedroom, 6-bath Home that sleeps 14 guests. There are no shared amenities between the 2 homes. Inquire about a discount if you are booking both homes.
