Great home in quiet residential area. Best suited for a max of 8 guests. High-speed internet, smart TV's, game room and outdoor living areas. Sunrise Mountain views and nearby options for hiking, zip lining, skiing, snow tubing, playground, tennis & pickle ball courts nearby.

Main floor:
Living & Dining area - two large sliders to full sized deck, gas fireplace, pull out sleeper sofa, recliners, smart TV.
Kitchen - fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes/glasses/utensils. Small appliances - electric griddle, toaster, traditional coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender & crock pot
Three (3) bedrooms - Two have a king bed and direct access to the deck with sunrise views. Smart TV's and a dresser in each. Electric fireplace in the primary bedroom. The third bedroom sleeps 4 with a queen bed and twin bunk above and trundle below. All bedrooms are equipped with a fan for added comfort.
Full bathrooms (2) - primary bedroom has en-suite with walk in shower. Hall bath has shower/tub combo. Full size washer and dryer.
AC and ceiling fans for year-round comfort.

Downstairs:
Family Room - sectional sleeper couch, recliner, pool table, smart TV, Wii system and electric fireplace.
Game room - air hockey, foosball, assorted games/puzzles, dartboard, stand up arcades & Cornhole
Full bathroom - walk in shower
Covered Lower Deck with seating & mud room for gear/coats etc.
Downstairs mini split system for heat and A/C.

Ample parking for up to 4 cars. Driveway is downhill with flat parking for 3 cars at the bottom near the house. Parking in garage is not permitted.

Large lot with firepit, two large decks with outdoor seating, propane gas grill and hammock.

The home is not level entry. A full flight of STAIRS IS REQUIRED. Not suitable for those who need a level entry.

No trash pick up service available. Guests must take trash to disposal site located 1.5 mile away on Hwy 105.

No baby equipment or cabinet safety locks provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment needs.

No pets allowed. If discovered a pet fee and additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Guests have full access to home during their stay. Owner's closets in game room and kitchen are locked and inaccessible.

Winter rentals - AWD or 4WD REQUIRED by the town during inclement weather. Town signage is posted regarding adverse driving condition requirements. Main roads are plowed but secondary roads can be challenging during winter months. Shovels and ice melt provided for self removal of snow as needed. If plow service is requested an added charge of $150 per service/occurrence will be billed to renter.
