The space
We are on the canals in Surf City, which connect to the Intracoastal Waterway. It's a comfortable yet modern, roomy house you're sure to enjoy. And wait until you see the spectacular views of the sunset!

There's plenty of room to sleep eight people. As an added bonus, there's a lounge area with a TV in the garage as well as ping pong and darts!

Kayaks and paddleboards are free to use when waiver is signed. We also have a rentable street legal 4-person golf cart available for $50 per night you stay, applicable for entire stay plus a $200 refundable deposit. This gets you free parking in any legal Surf City parking space! Please see rental agreement and informational video available after booking for more details.

Guest access
The entire property, including dock, yard, and garage area, is yours to enjoy. Please do not drive or park on grass areas.

Please, absolutely no smoking, vaping or drug use of any kind. This is a family friendly neighborhood and a smoke free, pet free house. Thank you!
