- NO SMOKING in the apartment. Please use the balcony to go out and smoke. - No pets / animals in the apartment. - PLEASE remove shoes upon entering the apartment. DO NOT walk around the bathroom / bedroom with your shoes on. - Please, don't leave dirty dishes in the sink and if using the kitchen, please leave it how you found it. - Please, leave all common areas how you found them (bathroom, dining table, kitchen). If the sink or shower drain is clogged, please remove any detritus. Please keep the dining table clean and clear of any personal belongings. - Please do not use the kitchen as a workspace. There is a desk and chair in the bedroom specifically for this purpose. - Please, try to keep noise to a minimum after midnight on weekdays. - Please, only eat food in the fridge that is yours. - Please, only use the toiletries in the bathroom that are yours. - No candles or open flames in the apartment In general, if staying in the apartment as a shared space, please treat the stay as a roommate arrangement and be courteous and conscientious. The person you are sharing the apartment with is not responsible for routine housekeeping tasks to maintain the apartment: - If there is food or hair in the sink or bathtub, please empty it when necessary. - If the garbage / recycling is full, please grab a fresh trash bag from underneath the kitchen sink and remove the full bag, take it out and replace it with a new one. - If the toilet paper is empty, please grab a new one from the toilet paper holder next to the toilet and replace it. - If the paper towels are empty, please grab another from under the kitchen sink, behind the trash bin and replace it.
