Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

You will be provided with a door access code the week before your visit. Within 24 hours of arrival, you will need to stop by the office to obtain a parking pass and wristbands. The total cost will be $27 and can be paid with cash or credit card on-site in the Summit office.

Check Out: 10AM

No pets

We accept all ADA animals with registration papers. These animals must be registered with the front office and wear ADA identification while outside. Otherwise, no pets allowed, including ESA animals. Any guest found to have a non-registered, non-ADA animal in the unit, will be asked to leave immediately, without a refund.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 4

House Rules

- No pets
- No smoking
- ANY activity that raises substantial concern from security will result in an immediate eviction without refund.

Prior to check out, please complete the following:
- Load and start the dishwasher.
- Pile all used towels and linens on the bathroom floor.
- Clear all food items out of the refrigerator and pantry.
- Take all trash to the trash chutes.
- Set thermostat to 71 degrees.
- Ensure the door is locked as you leave.

Payment Policy

$200 deposit to hold dates
Balance is due 30 days prior to check in.

All taxes are collected and remitted according to FL statutes and regulations.
6% FL sales tax
5% Bay County bed tax
1% Panama City tax
1% special tax for Bay Co. businesses, for the State of FL

Refundable Damage Deposit

We collect $200 to hold your dates. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The $200 is applied towards the total cost of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy

60+ days before arrival date = full refund

30-59 days before arrival date = forfeiture of $200 deposit

< 30 days = forfeiture of deposit and any other money paid
