The entire house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Use of golf cart, beach chairs, and boards are complimentary. Should any item not be functioning correctly, there will be no refund or compensation of any kind.

Other things to note

★ SMALL DOGS ALLOWED ★

We welcome your small (under 30 pounds) and trained canine family member during your stay. NO CATS as we are highly allergic. We will consider one additional pet. A $150 pet fee is required for each dog. Undisclosed dogs will be subject to a $250 pet fee after check-in, or the reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.

No pets on the bed. Protective sheets (provided) must be used if dogs are on the sofa. Due to some dogs experiencing anxiety in unfamiliar places, they must be created when human guests are away from the house.

★ CAMERA SECURITY ★

There are exterior security cameras in the front (Ring) and backyard to protect our property. The backyard camera is disabled upon guest check-in. The Ring footage is not shared and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectation of privacy in this area of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the camera is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
