The detached two-family house is located in the upper, sunny part of the village of Sedrun. The practical 4.5-room vacation apartment with a separate entrance is located on the ground floor, making it suitable for persons with disabilities. Smoking and pets are not allowed throughout the house. The large entrance area with outdoor seating serves as a wardrobe as well as a storage room for various sports equipment, strollers, etc. Two parking spaces are available for free directly at the house. The newly renovated public wellness and adventure pool "Bogn Sedrun" will reopen in autumn 2024 and is located opposite the vacation apartment; the popular children's playground and the village museum "La Truaisch" are also in the immediate vicinity. The Matterhorn-Gotthard Bahn (MGB) train station to the ski arena, the cable car to the ski, hiking, and biking area "Cuolm da Vi" Disentis, the charming ski area Druni KidsArena above Sedrun, the cross-country ski trail, various shopping options, restaurants, and the tourist office, etc. are all within walking distance, reachable in 10 to 15 minutes. The large garden with grill and pavilion can be used by arrangement with the landlord. The apartment has a kitchen with dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. It includes three bedrooms.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms each have a double bed. One of these bedrooms has a balcony. The smaller third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for children or adults. A baby bed is available, and the bedrooms are freshly made by the landlord.

Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a toilet (Closomat), and a shower. Hand and bath towels are provided.

Living Room
The living room features a 3-seater sofa, two recliners, a side table, and a TV with DVD player. The living area has a laminate floor. The entrance area has a carpet.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic stove. An oven, a kettle, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher are installed in the kitchen. Additionally, there is a radio and a Nespresso machine, but capsules are not provided. A raclette oven and a fondue pot are available. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price. The dining area has a round table with six chairs. A high chair is available. The flooring is laminate.

Garden Seating Area
In summer, the garden seating area with a wooden grill can be used by arrangement with the landlord. It consists of a pavilion with a table and six chairs.
