Welcome to our family's private gated estate located on the beautiful hillside of Hualalai mountain in Kailua-Kona. This listing is for our recently renovated single story guest house perfect for couples and families.

Aloha and welcome to our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite in beautiful Kailua-Kona, Big Island Hawaii! Our single-story suite is located on a shared lot with the main house, providing the perfect blend of privacy and access to all that Kona has to offer.

Bedroom 1 features a comfortable queen-size bed, making it the ideal space for a couple or individual looking for a restful retreat. Bedroom 2 offers even more versatility, with a bunk bed featuring a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, making it a great choice for families or groups of friends.

After a day exploring the island, return to your comfortable and well-appointed guest suite, complete with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea in the morning or take a moment to unwind with a book in the evening, all in the comfort of your own private space.

Kona is known for its stunning beaches and incredible outdoor activities, and you'll find some of the best just a short drive from your guest suite. Visit Manini'owali Beach (also known to locals as Kua Bay) for excellent snorkeling, or try your hand at surfing at Kahaluu Beach Park. Quiet Hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am Per Hawaii custom, we ask that you do not wear shoes inside our house to keep it clean throughout your stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our home. Our house is equipped with smart smoke detectors that measure Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) levels in the air and notify us in real-time. A fine of $500 will be automatically enforced for any smoking violation. Please be respectful to future guests. No parties or events. There is a fine of $1,000 for parties hosted without the host's permission. No outside visitors or overnight guests without previous approval from the host. Any additional people staying overnight at the home that were not in the booking will result in a $100 fee per person per day. Owners are highly allergic to animal dander and thus, no pets of any kind is allowed on the premises. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Our slice of paradise is an island that is teeming with amazing wildlife, including birds, tree frogs, and bugs. We do regular pest maintenance and ask for your cooperation to keep bugs outside of our home. - Our AirBnB is hosted, and a separate and private main house is co-located on the property. The 2 homes share a driveway, but no other spaces. No walls are shared between the two homes.
- Locals (Big Island residents) must get approval from listing host prior to booking.
- County mandated quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. Our backyard is equipped with noise monitors and we ask that guests respect our peaceful neighborhood and not disturb adjacent neighbors.
- We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance to ensure protection in the event you feel the need to cancel for any reason. CSA and Trip Guard provide the best rates and coverage if you want to buy travel insurance.
