The flat has been renovated in the style of a loft and is situated at approx. 80 metres above sea level. The kitchenette allows you to prepare your favourite meals in a mini oven or microwave. There is a 150 x 150 metre shower room with rain shower column, two toilets, a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room, a bedroom with double bed (180x200) and sea view. WLAN is available. Mini oven, fan heater, extra bed, laundry service on request and at extra cost.
Outside you will find a pergola, bench, bamboo garden furniture. The flat offers a covered terrace with glass railings and a view of the bay and the cliffs of Playa de San Marcos and the Atlantic Ocean.
Steep access path, stony and with steps.
On the main road, approx. 50 m on foot, there are parking spaces and also the bus stop, which takes you to the beach in five minutes or to Icod de los Vinos in ten minutes. This municipality is one of the most visited on the island with its charming streets and boutiques, and you can visit the dragon tree here. The parrot park in Puerto de la Cruz is only 20 minutes away by car. If you are travelling by plane, it is around 40 minutes from Tenerife North Airport and 80 minutes from Tenerife South. The bus station is located in Icod, from where you can easily get around the whole island.
