The family flat of about 100 square metres (including the loft) is located on the second floor of the building and is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, telephone with direct outside line, kitchen in a dedicated room, living room, bathroom with shower or bathtub, bidet in both cases, and hairdryer. It is also equipped with bed linen, kitchen linen, bathroom linen and all crockery. The flat also offers all basic services such as hot and cold water, independent heating and electricity. The two bedrooms of the flat are connected by a direct view. They accommodate a double bed and two single beds. In the living room the leather sofa can, if necessary, become a comfortable double bed.
