Welcome to Pecan Cottage ATL! This space is a beautifully appointed studio in Ormewood Park, one of Atlanta’s most welcoming neighborhoods. There is private gated parking on site and a level 2 EV charger with free overnight charging. East Atlanta Village is nearby and several bars and restaurants are within walking distance. GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire cottage, except the attic which is restricted for safety reasons. Hosts live in the main home 50’ away and share a driveway, but the cottage is a completely separate private residence.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Hosts live in the main residence approximately 50' away from Pecan Cottage. We do not disturb guests unless there is an emergency, but are available to answer questions and address concerns.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

There is no cleaning fee for a Pecan Cottage ATL stay!

Two Atlanta Beltline access points are a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away.

We offer guests Atlanta United MLS tickets for $10. Remaining 2026 home matches:

Kitchenette: Includes cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. *There is no oven or dishwasher.*

Smoking & Pets: Strictly prohibited on the premises, indoors and outdoors.

Guests: All guests must be listed on the reservation and host reserves the right to check guest ID before entry. Entry code will not be activated until all guests are registered. We do not permit 3rd party bookings.

EV Charging: The Level 2 ChargePoint EV charger on the parking pad is free for guests between off peak hours of 11pm and 7am. Guests can plug in before 11pm, but the charger will not begin charging until then. Peak hour charging is available for a $15/day flat rate. Just message the host to activate!
