The cabin is a bright space with rustic accents, vintage florals, and antique-inspired decor. Cabin and camping spots sit on 5 acres overlooking the Middle Oconee River. You can access the river right off the front deck of the house which is perfect to watch the otters, beavers, ducks, blue herons, and turtles. The cabin deck wraps around the side of the place where your views will be of my pet deer (Stomps and Company). Paddle or kayak up/down the river using the boats provided being stored on the property.

This property is conveniently located miles from the University of Georgia & 90 minutes from The Augusta Masters. Perfect for UGA home football games, semi-annual University of Georgia graduation weekends, parent's weekends, corporate travel, and working remotely. This unique cabin is a hidden gem where you find peace and quiet on the Middle Oconee River while also remaining so close to the city (3 miles to Publix).

Feed the deer we call "Stomps and Company,” kayak + swim in the river, and enjoy the peace and quiet by a fire at night.

The newly renovated cabin is 850 sq ft. The property is within an acre of our house and offers plenty of privacy. You are 2 miles from Athens Loop 10, minutes from NormalTown, and 7 miles from Sanford Stadium.

There is an herb and blueberry garden where you can access fresh herbs and berries (when in season) right out the front door.
