Guests enter the home through the main entrance, shared with the host, while the guest suite remains entirely private and secure.

The one-bedroom executive suite (bedroom + separate living room) is exclusively for your use and is equipped with a private keypad lock for maximum privacy. Guests also have exclusive access to a dedicated bathroom on the main floor.

You are welcome to enjoy the front and backyard gardens, which offer serene park views. For outdoor enthusiasts, our back gate provides direct access to the Trail and the adjacent school soccer field.

Free and ample parking is available right in front of the home.

【House Policies & Important Notes】

Non-Smoking Policy: Our home is strictly smoke-free (including e-cigarettes/vaping). A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors.

Building Structure: This is a traditional family home where the hosts live upstairs. While we strive for quiet, you may occasionally hear light footsteps or ambient living sounds.

Safety Disclaimer: For your safety and the health of our marine life, please do not touch or feed the fish/cats. Children must be supervised at all times.

FIFA 2026 Stays: During the World Cup, only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unauthorized parties or additional visitors per local licensing regulations.

No Party Policy: Strictly no parties or events. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our neighbors.

Registered Guests Only: Only the 2 registered guests are allowed on the premises. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

No Extra Pets: Although we are cat lovers, we cannot accommodate additional pets to maintain our cleaning standards.

Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights/appliances and close windows when leaving the suite.
